Chicken and Broccoli Bake

This Chicken and Broccoli Bake recipe is fantastic for preparing a fast meal.

This chicken and broccoli bake is a meal that can be whipped up in about 30 minutes and tastes like you have been preparing it for hours.

Children love this for dinner!

Your children will love eating this casserole dinner and their vegetables because they will not even know that there broccoli in it.

The expert preparation instructions supplied is a family delight.

If you have a big family all you have to do is double the recipe and there you have it. Also, it is great for leftovers the next day.

This meal is delicious by itself, or you can put it over rice, potatoes or even Ramen noodles.

NOTE: You can prepare it ahead of time and just heat it up when you get home from a busy day.

Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients needed:

4 large boneless skinless chicken breast

2 bags frozen broccoli florets

3 cups mild cheddar cheese shredded

2 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup

1 can 10.75 oz cream of celery soup

1 can 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup of mayo

1/2 teaspoon curry power

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup breadcrumbs (topping /optional)

What to do:

Boil the chicken Breast until it is no longer pink . Season the water with salt, garlic power, pepper, poultry seasoning and sazon (Spanish chicken seasoning) remove and shred the chicken with a fork and set a side.

Steam the broccoli or you can buy the steam in the bag it work either way.

In a large casserole dish layer the broccoli on the bottom followed by a layer of shredded chicken. Set aside

In a large bowl mixed the 4 cans of soup, mayo, curry powder, lemon juice and two cups of the cheese and mix. Pour the soup mix over the chicken and spread to cover all the chicken. Top with one cup of cheese and bread crumbs (optional).

Bake

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes you will see bubbling and golden brown

( Place on a cookie sheet under the dish, it may spillover a little)

Cook the rice or noddles to serve over or you can eat it just the way it is…
